Sağlık ve İş Güvenliği Politikası

KİMYAPSAN, çalışanlarının da desteğiyle, üretim ve teslimat aşamalarında kalite standartlarını korumak, müşteri ve tedarikçilerin memnuniyetini sağlamak ve insan sağlığı üzerinde olabilecek herhangi bir olumsuz etkiyi en aza indirmek için şu çalışmaları gerçekleştirir;

- Müşteri taleplerini zamanında karşılamak,
- Kanun, yönetmelik ve diğer “İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği” gerekliliklerine uyma sorumluluğunu ve yetkisini çalışanlarımız arasında paylaşmak,
- Süreçlerimizin ve teknolojilerimizin imkanları dahilinde enerji, atık ve doğal kaynak tüketimini azaltmak için gerekli çalışmaları yapmak,
- Çalışanların kalite, çevre ve iş güvenliği konusunda bilinçlendirilmesine yönelik eğitimler vermek,
- Tedarikçilerimizi kendi işyerlerinde de kalite ve iş güvenliği kültürünü takip etmeye teşvik etmek,
- Sürekli iyileştirme ve ilerleme için tüm birimlerde ISO 9001–2008'i uygulamak,
- OHSAS 18001 standartlarının gerekliliklerini yerine getirmek ve etkinliğini sürekli iyileştirmek.

Health and Occupational Safety Policy

Keeping its employees engaged, KİMYAPSAN implements the following steps to maintain quality standards in the production and delivery stages, ensures the satisfaction of its customers and suppliers, and minimizes the negative effects that might take place on human health during production.

• Respond to customer requests on time,
  - Share the responsibility, and authority among our employees to follow the law, regulations, and other ‘Occupational Health and Safety’ requirements,
  - Do the necessary work to reduce the amount of energy, waste, and natural resource consumption within the scope of our processes and technologies,
  - Provide training to raise employee awareness on quality, environment, and occupational safety,
  - Encourage our suppliers to follow quality and occupational safety culture in their workplace,
  - Apply ISO 9001–2008 in all units for continuous improvement and progress,
  - Fulfill the requirements of OHSAS 18001 Standards and continuously improve its performance.
